Office Administrator
We are in need of an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Nairobi. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and organizing all office activities, including but not limited to maintaining records, scheduling appointments and meetings, handling phone calls and emails, managing office supplies and equipment, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred. Accommodation and visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate. This is an urgent position, so we are seeking applicants who can start immediately. Malayalees and Filipinos are highly encouraged to apply, but all nationalities are welcome. No English language proficiency is required for this role; however, fluency in any other language is a plus. If you have a passion for organization and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, then this could be the perfect job for you!
