Experienced Mason (St-Petersburg, Russia)



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason to join our team in St-Petersburg, Russia. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures made of brick, concrete blocks and other materials. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in masonry work and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Construct and repair walls, floors, partitions, fireplaces and other structures made of brick, concrete blocks or other materials
- Read blueprints or drawings to determine layout and specifications
- Measure and cut materials to specified dimensions
- Mix mortar or grout using cement mixers or hand tools
- Lay bricks or other materials in horizontal courses
- Smooth out mortar using trowels or other tools
- Remove excess mortar and clean finished surface
- Cut bricks using hammers or chisels to fit spaces as needed
- Ensure structures are level and plumb using levels and plumb lines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Mason
- Knowledge of different types of masonry materials, tools, equipment and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints or drawings accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills in English (Russian language skills is a plus)
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
