Restaurant Manager - Lisbon, Portugal

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Lisbon. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining financial success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction
- Train and manage staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Manage budgets and financial goals to achieve profitability for the restaurant
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and cost control principles
- Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Portugal
