Welder - Entry Level

We are a welding company located in Porto, seeking a motivated and dedicated Welder to join our team. This is an entry level position, perfect for someone looking to start their career in the welding industry. As a Welder, you will be responsible for assembling and repairing metal structures using various welding techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints/drawings to determine project specifications
- Measure and mark cutting and welding lines on metal materials
- Operate welding equipment to join or cut metal parts
- Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Inspect welded joints for defects and perform necessary repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick)
- Ability to read blueprints/drawings and use measuring tools accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
