Senior Architect - Oslo, Norway


We are a leading architectural firm in Oslo, Norway seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time. You will also be responsible for providing guidance and mentorship to junior architects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, or other design software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings and designs

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design process for various projects, including conceptualization, planning, development, and construction phases
- Ensure that all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that meet their requirements
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects on the team
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Review drawings and designs produced by junior architects for accuracy and completeness

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Oslo, Norway. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.
