Pastry Chef
A renowned restaurant in the heart of Copenhagen is seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods for our guests. Your role will also involve managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and collaborating with the kitchen team to create new menu items.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients
- Ability to create unique and visually appealing desserts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Culinary degree/certification preferred but not required
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month, depending on experience.
