We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various repair and maintenance tasks on residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$, suitable for Filipinos living in Ar-Ruwais.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as fixing plumbing issues, repairing electrical systems, and painting walls
- Conduct inspections to identify any potential problems or hazards
- Install and maintain fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Respond promptly to requests from clients and address their concerns in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and purchase necessary materials for repairs
- Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and building codes

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Good knowledge of various repair techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work on ladders
