We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, changing light bulbs, and repairing broken fixtures.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues or hazards.
- Install and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed.
- Repair or replace damaged appliances and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
