Instrument Technician

We are hiring an experienced and skilled Instrument Technician to join our team in Chelyabinsk. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instrumentation and control systems, as well as experience with troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of various instruments and equipment. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team environment. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of all instruments and control systems, performing routine maintenance tasks, identifying potential issues or malfunctions, and implementing necessary repairs or replacements. The successful candidate must have excellent problem-solving skills, be physically fit to handle equipment and tools, and have a strong commitment to safety protocols. Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate in Instrumentation Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Instrument Technician in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation principles and control systems
- Proficiency in reading technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
- Ability to use various testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.
- Experience with troubleshooting complex electronic systems
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Physically fit to perform manual tasks such as lifting heavy objects or working at heights

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of instruments and control systems to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions using appropriate testing equipment
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on instruments such as cleaning, calibrating, replacing parts, etc.
- Identify potential problems or risks with instrumentation systems and report them to the appropriate personnel for further action
- Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to diagnose problems
- Work closely with other team members to coordinate repairs or replacements of instruments
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working with equipment and tools
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance tasks, and repairs
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in instrumentation technology and attend relevant training sessions or workshops as required.
