Instrument Technician
As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments used in industrial processes. This includes but is not limited to electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic control systems. You will work closely with engineers and other technicians to ensure that all instruments are functioning correctly and meet safety standards. This position requires a high level of technical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. You must also have strong communication skills and be able to work well independently as well as part of a team. Experience in a similar role is preferred but we are open to considering candidates with relevant education and training.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair various types of industrial instruments
- Troubleshoot complex issues using technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Ensure all instruments meet safety standards
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians on projects
- Keep accurate records of work performed
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and new technology
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant education or training preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role or relevant education/training
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic control systems
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills a plus)
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records
- Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulations
Salary:
$1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Chelyabinsk (open to candidates from other cities/regions within Russia)
Nationality/Residency: Preference given to Russian citizens or those with valid work permits for Russia.
English Speaking Jobs: This position requires strong communication skills in English, as well as the ability to read and understand technical manuals and instructions in English. Fluency in Russian is a plus.
Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role or relevant education/training is preferred, but we are open to considering candidates with less experience if they have the necessary technical knowledge and skills.
Jobs for Freshers: While we prefer candidates with some experience, we are open to considering recent graduates or those with relevant education/training who demonstrate strong technical knowledge and the ability to learn quickly on the job. Training and mentorship will be provided for the right candidate.
