We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders to assist with construction and earth-moving projects.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator
- Valid heavy equipment operator license
- Ability to operate a variety of heavy machinery efficiently and safely
- Knowledge of basic maintenance and repairs for heavy equipment
- Physical ability to work in outdoor environments and lift heavy objects
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of heavy equipment on construction sites or other work locations as needed
- Perform daily safety checks on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions immediately
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors to ensure accurate completion of tasks
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment such as greasing, oil changes, etc.
- Document daily activities and complete required paperwork accurately
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment
