Junior Web Designer



We are a fast-paced digital marketing agency based in the beautiful city of Svalbard. We are seeking a creative and ambitious Junior Web Designer to join our team. This is a full-time position, perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in web design.

As a Junior Web Designer, you will be responsible for supporting our senior designers in creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our clients. Your main duties will include designing web pages, creating graphics and images, and conducting quality checks to ensure all websites meet our high standards.

We are looking for someone with a passion for design and a good eye for detail. While previous experience is not necessary, we do require strong knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and HTML/CSS. A degree in graphic or web design is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their design needs and preferences

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Degree in graphic or web design (preferred but not required)

Salary:
We are offering a starting salary of 1200$ per month, with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Location:
This is a full-time position based in Svalbard. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.
