We are seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in plastering and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them
- Mix and apply plaster or other finishes according to specifications
- Use hand tools and equipment such as trowels, brushes, and sprayers
- Repair any cracks or imperfections in the surface before applying finish
- Ensure a smooth finish and remove any excess material
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working on job sites

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plasterer
- Knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their uses
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications for each job
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy materials, and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination
