Part-Time Office Manager
Location: Aalborg, Denmark


Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual looking for a part-time position as an office manager? We are seeking a reliable and experienced office manager to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. As the office manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling mail
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering new supplies when needed
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare monthly budget reports
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for office staff
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and processing payments
- Ensure all necessary paperwork and documents are filed properly
- Maintain a clean and organized office space

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- Must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one
