Entry-Level Waiter/Waitress



As an entry-level waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests at our restaurant in Odense. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team and gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks to tables, ensuring high quality presentation
- Provide recommendations on menu items and make suggestions based on dietary restrictions or preferences
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or issues
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tables, dining room, and work stations

Requirements:
- No previous experience required; we provide on-the-job training
- Must have excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
