Waiter for Fine Dining Restaurant in Odense, Denmark



We are hiring a skilled and experienced waiter to join our team at a fine dining restaurant in the beautiful city of Odense, Denmark. As a waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Take accurate food and drink orders and input them into the system
- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
- Ensure that all table settings are clean and properly set up
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and address any concerns or requests
- Handle guest payments using cash or credit cards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including polishing silverware and glassware
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a waiter in a fine dining establishment
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Knowledge of wine pairing and ability to make recommendations to guests
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable personality
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
