Architectural Technologist (Contract)


As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for utilizing your technical knowledge and skills to support the design and construction of various architectural projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all plans and specifications are accurate and meet building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop detailed architectural plans and specifications
- Utilize technical skills to create 2D and 3D drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess existing conditions
- Assist in the selection of materials, finishes, and equipment for each project
- Ensure that all plans comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Review contractor bids and provide technical support during construction
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments, new technology, and best practices
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills

Location: Kolding (accommodation provided)
Salary: $1100 per month (contract position)
