We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team in Kolding, Denmark. As a key member of our firm, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a variety of architectural projects from conception to completion. Your expertise in building design and construction methods will be essential as you collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to produce high-quality designs that meet project requirements. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in architectural technology, strong project management skills, and the ability to work independently. A competitive salary of 1000$ per week is offered with the potential for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee architectural projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to develop project designs
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD or similar software
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction meets design specifications
- Monitor project timelines and budgets
- Mentor junior architectural technologists on best practices and techniques
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in building technology

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field preferred
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience working on large-scale commercial projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Familiarity with BIM software such as Revit
