A reputable medical facility in Eldoret, Kenya is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a registered nurse, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and support. Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Educate patients and their families on health management and prevention strategies
- Maintain accurate patient records and document all interventions
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment for patients
- Stay updated on current nursing practices and participate in continuing education opportunities

Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license from the Nursing Council of Kenya
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly
- Compassionate attitude towards patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Biometric passport for international travel (preferred)
