Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in El-Ain, Egypt. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy rates. Your main goal will be to attract new clients and maintain existing relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key partners.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve target revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key partners
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Conduct regular sales meetings with the team to review performance and set targets
- Prepare reports on sales activities and achievements

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Egyptian nationality preferred; non-Egyptian candidates must have a valid biometric passport
