IT Manager

We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's technology operations and strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and maintaining IT systems, networks, and security measures. They will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team of IT professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies that align with company goals
- Manage all aspects of the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks
- Oversee the implementation of new systems and upgrades
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services
- Train and mentor team members on new technologies and procedures
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management or a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and operating systems
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving issues
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable)

Location: US (accommodation provided if needed)
