Plasterboard Worker


As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and finishing plasterboard in various construction projects. This is a part-time job that offers accommodation and is ideal for students looking for hands-on experience in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and install plasterboard according to blueprints and specifications
- Apply joint compound and tape to seams and corners for a smooth finish
- Sand down surfaces to create a seamless appearance
- Repair damaged or uneven surfaces before installing plasterboard
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Ensure all work meets safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Plasterboard Worker or similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.
