Experienced Barista in Fonvieille with Accommodation

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Fonvieille. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and tea beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to company recipes and standards
- Keep the work area clean, sanitized, and organized at all times
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and take their orders accurately
- Recommend and upsell menu items based on customer preferences
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment efficiently
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a balanced cash register
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, new products, and company policies
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt service and addressing any issues or complaints promptly

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Barista or similar role in a busy cafe or restaurant setting
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and latte art is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
