IT Systems Analyst - Moscow, Egypt

We are hiring an experienced IT Systems Analyst to join our growing team in Moscow. As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing computer systems to improve efficiency and productivity within the company. Your role will involve conducting thorough research, gathering requirements from various departments, and developing technical solutions to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and gather requirements from various departments to understand their business needs and processes
- Design and develop technical solutions to improve efficiency and productivity within the company
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to implement new systems or upgrades
- Conduct system testing and troubleshoot any issues that arise during implementation
- Develop user manuals and train employees on how to use new systems or features
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal functionality
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology for potential system improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python or C++
- Experience with database management systems (e.g. SQL) is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
