Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis of computer systems and processes
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement changes
- Test new systems and processes to ensure they meet quality standards
- Train end-users on new systems and processes
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g. Java, C++)
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g. SQL)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills
