As a private tutor based in Porto, Portugal, you will be responsible for providing personalized educational support to students of various ages and levels. Your main goal will be to help students improve their academic performance and achieve their learning objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials based on students' individual needs and learning styles
- Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students in various subjects, including but not limited to math, science, language arts, and foreign languages
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents/guardians
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to keep students engaged and motivated
- Assist with exam preparation and homework assignments as needed
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other tutors or teachers as necessary to ensure the best possible learning experience for students

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or currently enrolled in a relevant program)
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of subject matter(s) being tutored
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patient, empathetic, and able to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Reliable transportation to travel to students' homes or other designated locations for tutoring sessions (if applicable)

Compensation: This is a part-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month. The number of hours per week will vary depending on student demand. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.
