Seasonal Concierge in Porto, Portugal



We are hiring a Seasonal Concierge to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to our guests during their stay. This is a seasonal position without accommodation, perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality and travel.

Your main duties will include:

- Greeting guests upon arrival and providing them with information about the hotel and local area
- Assisting guests with reservations, transportation, and other requests
- Making recommendations for restaurants, activities, and attractions in the area
- Handling guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the hospitality industry as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, and able to work well under pressure. You must have a strong attention to detail and be able to multitask effectively. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
