Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in the United States. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates for our hotel. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month, along with accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential partners
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and track industry trends
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and advertising materials
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel
- Train and supervise the sales team to ensure they meet their targets and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful relationships with clients
- Knowledge of sales techniques and market trends in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary
