Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in the US. Your main goal will be to increase occupancy rates and revenue through effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets set by the hotel management
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring profitable terms for the hotel
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotelβs services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and potential opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong networking abilities and ability to build relationships with diverse clientele
- Knowledge of local market trends, competitors, and industry events
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
