Architecture Manager


As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and planning in our company, located in the beautiful city of Bergen. Your main goal will be to ensure that our projects are executed successfully and efficiently, while also maintaining the highest level of quality and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support throughout all stages of project development
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions that align with their vision
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budget estimates for each project
- Oversee the production of architectural drawings, models, and other visual aids to communicate design concepts
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure that designs are being implemented accurately
- Review and approve all project deliverables to ensure they meet company standards and client expectations
- Identify potential risks and issues during the design process and implement solutions to mitigate them
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, innovations, and best practices in architectural design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an architect or in a managerial role in the architecture industry
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of architects/designers
- Proficient in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, contractors, etc.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and staying within budget
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and design principles
