We are in search of an experienced and dedicated Gardener to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of gardens and outdoor spaces. You will work closely with our clients to ensure that their gardens are well-maintained and visually appealing.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and maintain garden layouts according to client preferences and seasonal changes
- Plant and care for flowers, trees, shrubs, and other plants
- Regularly mow lawns, trim hedges, weed gardens, and prune trees
- Maintain garden equipment and tools
- Monitor plant health and treat for pests or diseases as needed
- Install irrigation systems and manage watering schedules
- Assist with the design of new gardens or outdoor spaces
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Strong knowledge of plants, flowers, trees, and gardening techniques
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new techniques
- Basic understanding of irrigation systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
