Plasterboard Worker


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plasterboard Worker to join our team in Alta. As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and repairing plasterboard walls and ceilings in residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut plasterboard to fit specific areas
- Install plasterboard using various techniques, such as nailing or screwing
- Repair damaged or uneven areas of existing plasterboard
- Apply tape, joint compound, and other materials to seal seams and joints
- Sand, smooth, and finish surfaces to prepare for painting or wallpapering
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide quality service

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with plasterboard is preferred but not required
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work on scaffolding or ladders
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Good communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus)
- Valid work visa (if applicable)
- Accommodation arrangements must be made by the employee

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
