Entry-Level Concierge in La-Condamine


We are seeking a friendly and organized Entry-Level Concierge to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and residents, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met during their stay. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and residents upon arrival with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments and issuing keys
- Provide information about the local area, including restaurants, attractions, transportation, etc.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Keep inventory of supplies and order when necessary

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.)

Salary:
Starting salary for this entry-level position is $1500 per month. We also offer benefits such as vacation time, health insurance, and opportunities for career growth within our company.

Location:
This position is based in La-Condamine. Candidates must have authorization to work in La-Condamine.
