We are currently hiring a Seasonal Concierge to join our team at a prestigious hotel in La Condamine, Monaco. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals seeking seasonal work in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Provide recommendations and make reservations for restaurants, activities, and transportation
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions and events
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures as needed
- Handle any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
