Job Title: Pastry Chef - Fonvieille, Monaco



We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team at our upscale restaurant located in the beautiful city of Fonvieille, Monaco. Our ideal candidate will have experience in working with various desserts and pastries, as well as a passion for creating unique and visually appealing dishes. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for designing and executing our dessert menu, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and ensuring quality control and consistency in all pastry dishes.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing creative and unique dessert menus
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies to maintain stock levels
- Preparing pastry dishes according to recipes or creating new ones
- Ensuring quality control and consistency in all pastry dishes
- Overseeing the work of other pastry chefs or assistants
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Adhering to all food safety standards

Requirements:
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen
- Knowledge of various baking techniques, ingredients, and flavors
- Strong creativity skills with the ability to develop new dessert ideas
- Ability to manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cost control
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for presentation
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (French is a plus)

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1300 per month.
