Merchandising Coordinator


We are in search of a talented and motivated Merchandising Coordinator to join our team in Fonvieille. As a Merchandising Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing various merchandising activities to support the sales and marketing strategies of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to develop and implement effective merchandising plans that align with company goals and objectives
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape
- Analyze sales data to make informed decisions on product assortment and placement
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and monitor inventory levels
- Work closely with the marketing team to create attractive product displays that enhance brand image
- Train store employees on product knowledge, visual merchandising guidelines, and sales techniques
- Monitor and track sales performance of different products and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, production, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of merchandising activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Knowledge of current market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and design aesthetics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint)

Salary: 1500$ per month (with accommodation)

Location: Fonvieille (own visa required)
