Responsibilities:
- Disassemble vehicles according to company standards and procedures
- Identify and remove usable parts from vehicles
- Inspect and assess the condition of parts for potential resale or recycling
- Keep track of inventory and ensure accurate documentation of all parts removed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in vehicle dismantling or related field preferred
- Strong mechanical skills with knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy equipment and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
