Position: Architectural Technologist
City: Esbjerg, Denmark
Salary: 900$

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Esbjerg. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects. You should have a strong understanding of building regulations, materials, and construction techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs meet project requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information and verify measurements
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Select appropriate materials and construction techniques for each project
- Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members

Preferred:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Denmark
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Biometric passport (or willingness to obtain one)
