We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef for our restaurant in Horsens. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1100$. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating menus, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are met. You will also be responsible for managing kitchen staff and maintaining inventory levels. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. This position does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship, so candidates must have their own visa to work in Denmark. We welcome freshers who are passionate about cooking and willing to learn from our experienced team.

Responsibilities:
- Create innovative menus that cater to different dietary requirements and preferences
- Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all food items
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are met at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary ingredients
- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes or special menus
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and implement changes as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Good understanding of food cost control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have own visa to work in Denmark
