Executive Chef - Horsens, Denmark
Our 5-star restaurant in Horsens is seeking a skilled Executive Chef to join our team. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations and maintaining our high standards of cuisine. Your role will involve menu creation, food preparation, kitchen organization, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing new menus and maintaining high-quality dishes
- Overseeing food preparation and presentation
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in the kitchen
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies
- Training and supervising kitchen staff
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
- Extensive knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and ingredients
- Ability to create innovative dishes while also adhering to budget constraints
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Biometric passport for international travel purposes
