Part-Time Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Roskilde on a part-time basis. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our architectural projects. This includes coordinating with clients, leading design teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project plans accordingly
- Lead design teams to create innovative and functional architectural designs
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Conduct regular site visits to review construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review architectural drawings for accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in projects
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects on the team
