We are seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team in Porto. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative and functional architectural solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers to understand client requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed architectural drawings using CAD software
- Develop 3D models and visualizations to present design concepts to clients
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess feasibility of design plans
- Research building codes, materials, and construction techniques to ensure compliance with regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to coordinate project details
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Designer in a professional setting
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, Rhino, etc.)
- Strong understanding of building codes and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

This is a part-time position offering a competitive salary of $1300 per month. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
