Job Title: Architectural Designer

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Porto. The ideal candidate will have a biometric passport and at least 3 years of experience in architectural design. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and planning architectural projects, preparing drawings and models, and collaborating with clients to bring their visions to life.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Prepare project proposals, contracts, and budgets
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee the construction process to ensure design specifications are met
- Utilize your creativity and problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions for design challenges
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architecture technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly creative with a keen eye for detail

Salary: 1300$ per month
