Junior Florist


As a Junior Florist, you will be responsible for assisting the senior florist in creating beautiful floral arrangements for various events and occasions. This is a part-time role, perfect for students or those looking to gain experience in the floral industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the preparation and creation of floral arrangements
- Cleaning and maintaining the flower shop
- Handling customer inquiries and orders
- Delivering arrangements to clients' homes or event venues
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Participating in design consultations with clients
- Attending events to set up and style floral displays

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and creativity in design
- Ability to work on weekends and evenings for events as needed
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of different types of flowers and their care requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Must be able to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods of time
- Previous experience in a florist or retail environment is an asset but not required

Salary:
Starting salary for this part-time position is $1500 per month.

This role is based at our flower shop located in Os, Norway.
