A reputable and dynamic company in Aalborg, Denmark is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and provide regular reports on project status
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop solutions to mitigate them
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to track progress, address any concerns, and provide guidance as needed
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and client expectations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management or a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage conflicts effectively
- Familiarity with project management software preferred
