Hotel Sales Manager
The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy for the hotel. They will work closely with the hotel management team to identify target markets, develop pricing strategies, and create promotional plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of market trends.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify target markets and establish relationships with key clients
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends
- Create pricing strategies based on market demand
- Collaborate with hotel management team to develop promotional plans
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events
- Negotiate contracts with clients
- Monitor competition and adjust strategies accordingly
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market trends and industry best practices
Preferred:
- Previous experience in luxury hotel sales
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
Salary: $1800/month (negotiable)
Location: Washington D.C., USA
Preference given to Canadian or Nepali candidates.
