Office Assistant
We are a fast-paced company seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1700.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Greeting clients and visitors and providing them with necessary information
- Managing and organizing office documents, files, and records
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Performing basic administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and filing
- Keeping track of office supplies and ordering more when needed
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail/emails
- Providing general support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred but not required.
