Junior Construction Manager (Contract, La-Condamine)


We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Junior Construction Manager to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to upper management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Manage project budget and make adjustments as needed
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is being done according to plans and specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in a construction-related role (internship or entry-level position)
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract. Please note that this position requires candidates who already have their own visa.
