Facade Specialist



As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining exterior building facades. Your main role will be to ensure the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of building exteriors through the use of various materials and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop facade designs that meet safety, functionality, and aesthetic requirements
- Conduct site visits to assess existing facades and provide recommendations for repairs or renovations
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for facade construction projects
- Source and procure suitable materials for construction projects within budget constraints
- Oversee the installation of facades, ensuring proper techniques are used and safety protocols are followed
- Conduct quality control checks on completed facades to ensure they meet design standards
- Develop maintenance plans for facades to ensure their long-term durability
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and construction techniques related to facades

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facade design and construction
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit or other relevant software
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: We offer a competitive salary package starting at $1100 per month based on qualifications and experience.
