Job Title: Junior IT Manager

As a Junior IT Manager in our company, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of our information technology department. Your main duties will include analyzing and evaluating current systems, coordinating with other departments to identify IT needs, and implementing new technology solutions.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. You should also have experience in project management and be able to effectively communicate with different teams within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate existing IT systems to identify areas for improvement
- Work with other department heads to determine their IT needs and provide suitable solutions
- Manage the implementation of new technology solutions
- Oversee the daily operations of the IT department and ensure all systems are functioning properly
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures
- Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise
- Provide training and support to employees on new technology systems
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficiency
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and make recommendations for their implementation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Proven experience in project management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
- Experience developing policies and procedures for an IT department is a plus

Salary: $1400 per month
